Tomato &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Brushette&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; with garlic and olive oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Packet of small, sweet cherry tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;Large slice of bread for toasting (white cob or C&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;iabatta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;Garlic&lt;br /&gt;Fresh Basil&lt;br /&gt;Parmesan Cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;To make the tomatoes: heat an oven to 220 degrees, half the tomatoes and toss in oil and a sprinkling of garlic, salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;Place in the hot oven and then turn the oven off and leave overnight to slowly soften. Alternatively you can put the oven on the lowest heat and slowly dry the tomatoes. Mix the crushed garlic with a table spoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the basil and spread the mixture on both sides of the bread (add more oil if needed) Toast the bread under a grill or &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;char grill&lt;/span&gt; on a hot griddle pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place tomatoes on top of the toasted bread and sprinkle with grated &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;Parmesan&lt;/span&gt; cheese. style="color:#993399;"&gt;Ingredients&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;10 Jalapeno Chillies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;100g Cream cheese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;2 Garlic cloves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;Half a red onion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;1 teaspoon cumin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;Half teaspoon smoked paprika&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;40g Mature Cheddar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;Squeeze of lemon juice and pinch of lemon zest&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;1 Tablespoon chopped fresh coriander&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;50g Chopped sun blushed tomatoes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;50g Breadcrumbs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;splash of olive oil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Method&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;Cut the chillies length-ways and remove seeds, then blanch in boiling water for a couple of minutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;Fry onions, cumin and garlic in olive oil until soft and allow to cool. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, cheddar, paprika, lemon, sun blushed tomatoes, coriander and half of the breadcrumbs, then add onions cumin and garlic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;Stuff each chilli individually and lay on a baking tray, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and bake for 20 Minutes at 200 degrees C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1'
